3. Orders & Payment
- All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.
- Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) vary by product and will be confirmed at the time of purchase.
- Prices are provided in the agreed currency and may exclude shipping, taxes, and customs duties.
- Payments must be made in full before production or shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Customization & Private Label Orders
- Custom designs, packaging, and branding must be approved in writing before production begins.
- Once approved, customized orders cannot be canceled or modified.
Artwork, logos, and other materials provided by you remain your intellectual property; however, you grant Pro Styling Corporation permission to use them solely for fulfilling your order.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- We ship worldwide through trusted logistics partners.
- Delivery times vary depending on order size, customization, and destination. Estimated lead times will be confirmed when your order is placed.
- Pro Styling Corporation is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, courier issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
- All shipping costs, taxes, and import duties are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
6. Quality & Warranty
- All products undergo strict quality control before dispatch.
- Warranty coverage applies only to manufacturing defects reported within 7 days of delivery.
- Normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper handling are not covered under warranty.
7. Returns & Refunds
- Due to the nature of beauty tools and hygiene regulations, returns are only accepted for defective or incorrect products.
- All claims must be made in writing within 7 days of receipt, with photo or video evidence.
- Approved returns must be sent back unused, in original packaging, and at the buyer’s expense unless the return is due to our error.

All designs, content, and materials on our website are the property of Pro Styling Corporation and protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
